OneTouch Order provides ePOS systems, online ordering platforms, and associated services for restaurants and takeaways. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
4. Hardware
Any hardware provided by OneTouch Order remains your property once paid for in full, unless otherwise specified in a rental or lease agreement. We provide a limited warranty on hardware defects as outlined in your specific purchase agreement.
5. User Data and Privacy
You retain all rights to your customer data. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all applicable data protection laws when using our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
OneTouch Order shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any downtime experienced.
